The neighborhood of Lake Kisezers has always been one of the most desirable locations…and why not? With fresh pine air, nearby water and peace, and Riga, only a stone’s throw away... “Averts” real estate developers are responsible for a sizeable new accommodation offer in these charming surroundings: We have just commissioned an entire community, Apogi in Suzi. .

This village is made up of high quality townhouses – with this project we wanted to set new standards in building for such types of dwelling. This is the reason why the houses in the new village have neat facades of red bricks with wood insertions, Rukki covering of roofing iron, bricked partition walls between apartments, and a basement underneath the garage, which can be comfortably used as a storehouse. The village is situated on a hill, surrounded by a pine stand, and the bank of a lake with a place for swimming, only a couple of hundred metres from Apogi.

Apogi consists of 14 houses, with 3 to 5 flats in each. The area of one dwelling is 180 -200 sq.m. Each dwelling has its own garage and a household plot with an approximate area of 500 sq.m. On the second floor of each flat there are three bedrooms, but on the first floor, there is an open-plan living room and kitchen area with an exit to the outside terrace. It is the optimal and most comfortable solution both for families with children and for active business people or new couples. In each dwelling there are two bathrooms - one on the upper floor, and a second one on the first floor. In all dwellings it is possible to install a real fireplace.

In Apogi everything has been considered for your comfort. The community is completely secure with boundary fences and guards. Our territory Is carefully tended: it is ensured that inhabitants could, for example, leave grills or loungers on their terraces and know that their property will not be at risk during their absence. Also, if going on longer trip, the owner can be sure that everything will be watched over and tended for. The entire area is well lit. Pedestrian roads are covered with pavement mosaic ornaments...
